Tickets For Halls at Up Helly Aa

The halls that are open on Up Helly Aa night are ticketed events that are mostly organised by volunteers. Those attending the halls are invited guests who also assist in the running of the hall. Their support is in a variety of forms such as helping in the kitchen, serving, tea, coffee, soup and sandwiches and organising the hall for the squads to perform their acts.

The Up Helly Aa Committee organise and run the Town Hall only. Information about applying for Town Hall tickets is provided below.

Please note that ALL other halls are run by groups of hosts and hostesses, and the Up Helly Aa Committee is unable to provide information or assistance about tickets for any other hall.
